Saturday

From Justin:

After we rolled into town (Colorado Springs) on Friday, we slept until we met up with my friends from Colorado. We all needed a little bit of rest, so we caught some shuteye. We then saw friends for a little while at Old Chicago … and then we were off to bed.

On Saturday, we got up pretty early and had brunch with everybody from down there … and sat around and talked. It was not that cold, but I did not pack for the weather. I was cold and just stayed in the hotel room, which was fine by me. All my friends came by and we just kind of talked. It was nice to hear from everyone, though. I hadn't spoken to a lot of those people in like four years. We sat around, ate breakfast, talked about old times, and then I took a nap. Next, we went to the Garden of the Gods and Old Colorado City and looked around those two places … and then back to the hotel room. And then we met up with everybody again and hung out later on. We had pizza, breadsticks, and soda. It was Little Caesars … and that is one of my favorites. And then my friends took off … and I went to bed. That was the day. It was a lot of fun to see all my old friends again. I'm sure I will be back to see them again. Well, that's all, folks!

JJ,

I never knew you were a fan of Little Ceasars. That is definitely my favorite. The only problem is that since I moved to the cities I don't know where any are up here. Maybe you could fill me in. Or better yet, when you get back maybe we can have a Pizza! Pizza! night. Glad to hear the trip is going well. I can't believe how much ground you have covered and how many wonderful places and people you have visited in such a short amount of time. You continue to amaze me. Keep on keeping on. I love you man.

just for the record...Little Ceasars is one of the hot spots here in LaCrosse too!! It is the only reliable pizza place around here... open until 3, people can walk through the drive through, and it is all at a low, low rate!!

can a college student's pizza exerience really get any better than that? I don't think so :)

keep on rockin JJ

much love and a huge bear hug,

J's,

Seriously, what happened to the Little Caesar's that was over in Chan? That place was the greatest. I just checked online and there are three over in St. Paul. Why do they get three, but the rest of us get none??

Have fun in Wichita! Brings back memories of the straw game...and me losing about an inch deep of leg skin on the edge of the pool.

You guys are really cruising around the country! Look forward to seeing you soon.

Love ya,
Eric

Hey Justin!
I'm sad I couldn't have caught up with you and all the rest of our old friends while in Colorado Springs, it sounds like you had a good time... Crazy that it has been so long without talking to pple. Your trip sounds like it has been amazing!! You're still in my thoughts over here in Spain! Take care!
Un abrazo fuerte,
Paige
