I had a brain and spinal MRI on Thursday. Things went well, but we did not have the results for the brain portion of the MRI when we left the hospital on Friday. I had my 3rd radiation treatment. It has been going pretty well. I have been getting tired lately, but that could be caused by me staying up at night dinking around on the laptop. I got my options today and I would say things are about as I expected, not good. Basically, I went from an 80% chance, which the BBBD provided which was affective in the brain, however not in my spine.it couldn't get low enough for me and thhe cancer built up in my spine. I got some great news today. 5 cancer spots appeared last time they did an MRI, only 1 is there now. We'll learn more next month on the 20th. I have a full MRI schedule, but 4 spots gone after 1 treatment. I just finished #2 and I am TIRED. It went really well though. Tonight we celebrated Christmas at Ma's and Bub's. The food was to die for. It was fun. Sang songs and opened presents.

At Chaska High every year now they have a thing called Mr. CHS where the men compete in four competitions: orange wear, swim wear, formal wear and a talent competition. Although this year was good as always, last years was a little crazier and funnier. This event is set off by a non-profit organization called Miracles for Mitch. Mitch was a 9 1/2 year old boy who lost his life to cancer.

I could not have found a better way to spend a beautiful Sunday afternoon then watching the North Dakota State Bison soccer team battle the University of Minnesota at Elizabeth Lyle Robbie Stadium in St. Paul, Minnesota. It was the closest the Bison had to home game this year. As playing in their first year of Division 1 soccer called for 17 road games. The turn out for NDSU was tremendous.
